1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player" or "User") and dun555 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the dun555 website located at https://dun555.cam and all associated services, features and content.

By accessing, registering on, or using the dun555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the dun555 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and applicable bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matching bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals or other account actions may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is (a) under the minimum eligible age, (b) accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or (c) previously self-excluded from the platform.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and any other wagering products made available through the dun555 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan (ISO code: PKR).

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on dun555, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 above.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or registered as an agent for another person.
• You must provide true, accurate and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.
• You must not hold any existing Account on the dun555 platform. Only one Account per natural person, household, IP address and device is permitted.

Being of the minimum eligible age does not in itself render online gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Applicable local law governs. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation.

4. Registration & Verification

During registration, you are required to submit accurate and complete personal details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact telephone number. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

dun555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage in order to verify your identity, age and residential address. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill dated within 90 days, or other documents as may be specified. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. dun555 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

5. Terms of Use

By using the dun555 platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You accept that:

• All bets and wagers placed through your Account are placed voluntarily and at your own financial risk.
• The platform may experience downtime, technical errors or disruptions. dun555 is not liable for losses arising from such events beyond what is expressly provided for in these Terms.
• dun555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, technical malfunction or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or fraud.
• You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• You will not engage in behaviour designed to exploit technical errors, bonus structures or odds in a systematic manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6. Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your dun555 Account must be made using payment methods listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. Payment references available in the Pakistan market include methods familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier. dun555 only accepts deposits originating from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension. All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. dun555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where AML procedures require additional scrutiny.

Withdrawals will, wherever practicable, be processed to the same method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. Processing times are operator-provided targets and are not guaranteed:

• E-wallet methods: target 0–24 hours after approval
• Bank transfer methods: target 1–5 business days after approval
• Cryptocurrency: target 0–12 hours after approval

dun555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions made available by dun555 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 100,000 in total qualifying wagers.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake per round or bet applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: dun555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where bonus abuse, multi-accounting or other fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

9. Betting Rules

dun555 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including Pakistan domestic cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, tennis, virtual sports and other events. The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets must be placed and confirmed before the relevant event commences, except where live/in-play betting is explicitly offered.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a cash-out feature is available and exercised.
• dun555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the relevant markets.
• dun555 does not claim any official partnership or affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC), or any sports team or league. Sport references are used for context only.

10. Responsible Gambling

dun555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment and never as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.
• You are responsible for the bets you place and the amounts you wager.
• You may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods directly within your Account settings.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account (multi-accounting)
• Use of the platform by any Prohibited User as defined herein
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Use of automated betting systems, bots or exploit software
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt influence on sporting events
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Misrepresentation of identity, age or jurisdiction
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the dun555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations — is the exclusive property of dun555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dun555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

dun555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dun555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given to registered Players via the platform or by email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable license. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a claim that the Services are licensed, regulated or approved by any Pakistani governmental body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
